The drop of the dependency on a virtual package makes the package comply with the new Debian Ruby Policy. The remaining changes are really minor ones. I had requested another unblock (with more changes) on last September, the 30th, and it was granted (see #689204). Since then, I have prepared the upload of version 0.1.9, which was due about one week ago, but was delayed because of personal issues. Sorry about that. At that point, I received the debian-devel-announce message [2], which announced the updated freeze policy, and I thought "I hope I am still on time to get a freeze exception!". [2] https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2012/11/msg00003.html Now I am sorry, if I managed all this situation the wrong way, but I felt it would have been a shame to postpone the accumulated changes until after the wheezy release... :-( Thanks for your patience. -- http://www.inventati.org/frx/frx-gpg-key-transition-2010.txt New GnuPG key, see the transition document! .....................................................
