Debian does not allow uploading a lower version number, so the versions of the reverted packages need to be higher than the accidental uploads, either via an epoch or via 2.0~really1.0 tricks. In either case, all depending packages need sourceful uploads to adjust their build dependency version ranges (which currently exclude the accidentally uploaded version and hence all later ones) to include this “strange” versions, turning this into a sizable undertaking.
