Following up one final time. Removing moreinfo tag as per my previous
responses.

I would like to avoid entering the same situation as 0.6.9, where a
lot of effort is spent preparing a version which has not received
approval [1]. I therefore wish to hold off the final preparation of
.10 until the changes in .8.2 are approved.

Please a short comment on whether my proposal (summarized below) is
ok. The approval for 0.6.8.2 can follow later. Or say if you would
prefer to review only the final version (0.6.10) and I will finish
that off now. IMO it will be easier to review these changes as they
are currently separated.

* Summary of proposed actions

1) Pre-approve aptitude/0.6.8.2-1:
 + incremental improvements to multi-arch support and command line
   compatibility with APT (only what will be required for 0.6.10);
 + translations updated;
 + documentation update to cover recent changes in APT;
 + optional patch to use APT::Changelogs::server instead of hardcoded,
   Debian-specific value.
2) Upload 0.6.8.2-1 to unstable.
3) Finalize 0.6.10 (takes approximately one week).
4) Upload 0.6.10 to experimental:
 + based on 0.6.8.2, not 0.6.9 currently in experimental;
 + reverts many changes from 0.6.9 (this version has not been given
   the ok by the release team [1]);
 + restructure command line to use APT helper class which finally
   fixes the multi-arch syntax, compatibility with APT, and some
   smaller issues all at once (see [2] and [3]);
 + diff from 0.6.8.2 is at least 600 lines changed over many files.
5) Call for testing of 0.6.10-1.
6) Time.
7) Upload 0.6.10 to unstable and request unblock.
