Please unblock package gcc-4.7-doc

GCC needs updated documents, but it can only be distributed in non-free,
not in src:gcc-4.7. So I wish this package to go into wheezy. This
package contains document for gcc-4.7, with all Debian patches in
gcc-4.7: 4.7.2-2.

Most of revelant reasons are in the unblock request for gcc-4.6-doc[1],
so I'm not elaborating here.

unblock gcc-4.7-doc/4.7.2-1
