Please unblock package arduino

One of the libraries for the Arduino hardware platform did not work with the
new version of avr-gcc that was bumped right before freeze. This fixes the bug.

-+ bool operator==(const IPAddress& addr) { return _address.a32 == _address.a32; }

That's not the most helpful comparator I've ever seen. ;-)

The freeze policy document explicitly requests that debdiffs be attached to the unblock bug. That's not just to create work for maintainers - it allows the mail archive to stand alone in terms of what was requested / approved for unblocks.

Unblocked; thanks for the fix. Please bear the above in mind for future requests.

Regards,

Adam
