As part of the fixes for the Catalyst development environment
and to close RC bug #680829, I feel it is necessary to
remove libcatalystx-simplelogin-perl from testing.

No dependency problem found.

The other parts of this fix relate to libcatalyst-actionrole-acl-perl
and libcatalyst-view-component-subinclude-perl for which I
am filing RM bugs as well.
