Both have built successfully on zelenka against the following libppl:
ii libppl-c4:s390 0.11.2-8 s390 Parma Polyhedra Library (C interface)
ii libppl0.11-dev:s390 0.11.2-8 s390 Parma Polyhedra Library (development)
ii libppl9:s390 0.11.2-8 s390 Parma Polyhedra Library (runtime library)
