Please unfreeze LXC package, main function now broken

Hi,

At the moment it is not possible to create Debian containers with LXC in
Wheezy. This because of bug 680469. The bug is already fixed by the
package maintainer, but the fix is not available because the package is
frozen. Creating containers is the main function of LXC so i hope the
LXC package can be un-frozen so i can test/use the package.
