Please unblock package dmraid

This upload fixes #677450 by calling udevadm settle from
/scripts/function in the initramfs. This is a rather small and simple
fix but seems to be necessary for OP.

Other scripts in local-top currently use the same technique.

unblock dmraid/1.0.0.rc16-4.2
