Please unblock package manpages-fr-extra, it's just a documentation
translation update.

Given the nature of the package, the insane debdiff would be useless:
 137 files changed, 6122 insertions(+), 4522 deletions(-)

Let me just paste the new changelog entry (last update of the package
was just before the freeze, Sat, 23 Jun 2012 18:51:45 -0400).
