Please unblock package roaraudio

- It removes Philipp as maintainer
- It adds an security upstream patch (no CVE yet AFAIK), but it is a bit bigger:
  03-client-name-buffer-overflow
- It adds two another patches from upstream to fix two bugs:
  01-uuid and 02-use-execed
