Well, release team knows that this package was supposed to make it into Wheezy
to fix the incorrect major version number in the library. Release team, could
you please tell us what to do? Do you consider letting libcitadel3 and the
corresponding citadel/webcit packages into Wheezy? If so, we should get it out
of NEW. If not, do we release with the buggy version?

All information needed to decide should be in my original email, if not please
tell me.
