0.2.3.20 was an -rc.  .21 might be an -rc too, and then one 0.2.3.X for
one particular X will be the 0.2.3.x final release.  It's probably still
a couple weeks off, but even the current 0.2.3.x-rc is better than the
0.2.2.x tree we have in squeeze.
