This diff seems to be reversed. It is also edited in some way: the
NEWS file has a .orig in one of the directory names, the other files do
not. While I'm not on the d-r team, I suggest that a consistent
forward diff will make their lives easier.

Updated forward debdiff
attached. The file is not edited. The ".orig" appears in the
directory name of the one file that does not exist at all in the
old version, i.e., the NEWS file that I just added. I guess that
is how debdiff denotes a new file.
