Hi,

The changes between the testing and unstable versions of these packages
are huge.  At first glance it does not seem to follow the freeze
policy[1] either, so I am inclined to say no.

If there are important changes hidden within these diffs, at least
submit a (possibly filtered) debdiff.  Though keep in mind, in that case
we will most likely ask you to do it via t-p-u.
