Please unblock package insighttoolkit.

Once again, please unblock insighttoolkit. This last upload fixes an issue with signalling NaN behavior on gcc 4.7 on i386 platform.
This allowed running successfully the test suite of the plastimatch package (and thus fixes symptoms of #645101).
