Please unblock package docsis

This uploads fixes RC bug #682337 with patch send-decode-output-to-stdout.patch.
This bug caused stuff to be outputed to stderr insteadd of stdout, thus mixing
errors with the output.

I also added a second small patch fix-double-use-of-stderr.patch that
fixes double use of stderr in fprintf().

Both patches have already been accepted and applied upstream.
