Please unblock package mod-gearman

#682219 is fixed by this upstream version, and can prevent nagios or
icinga from reporting an increasing amount of false positive
"CRITICALS" as time passes.

In addition, #681775 fixes a "fails to install" RC bug in the postinst
script.
