Please unblock package haskell-network-protocol-xmpp

A few days ago, I received an email from a user that
network-protocol-xmpp fails to login to some servers when running on
Debian Wheezy. This is due to some new authentication mechanisms in
Wheezy's version of libgsasl, which are not being handled properly by
n-p-xmpp.

A new upstream version, 0.4.3, has been released which corrects the
problem. The fix is the only change in 0.4.3. Without this fix, users will
not be able to authenticate with many servers, including jabber.org .

unblock haskell-network-protocol-xmpp/0.4.3-1

Unblocked; thanks for the fix.

As a general non-freeze-specific note, please try and make your
changelog entries more expansive and specific. "New upstream version
(Closes: #XXXXX)" is only correct if the bug report was purely asking
for the new upstream to be packaged; even then there may well have been
a specific reason for the request, which could be detailed in the
changelog.

Regards,

Adam
