I have to say it's incredibly annoying, especially given the apparent
massive urgency with which we had to turn on multiarch.  Is it not
possible to just prevent binnmus of packages which might be affected and
require sourceful uploads?  This would cut down on the breakage for
users.

Though looking at why this was done it's not clear to me why we're not
doing this particular round of uploads for all arches...
