Package libtango

Hello,

the package libtango has a bug which cannot be resolved #665017, because it has a dependency on ldc, which cannot be satisfied (the package ldc isn't in testing anymore). The libtango source package and its binary packages should be removed from testing.

The package libassimp2-d-dev depends on libtango-headers. This package should also be removed from testing. I reported the bug #619697 for that.
