As far as I remember britneys construction it could.
However, if the arch binary package had been removed in unstable
already, it will automatically be scheduled for removal from testing
(also again AFAICR). So, ampliconnoise/ia64 should be removed (or
fixed) in unstable first, and rest should happen automatically.
