A fixed gnome-shell package has been uploaded in the mean time and it
successfully built on arm*

The bug reporter confirmed that this bug is not specific to -3, so I
marked it as affecting 3.2.2.1-2, i.e. the current version for
gnome-shell in testing.

Adding libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev also made gnome-documents show up on the
tracker. This application uses gjs(JavaScript) and goject-introspection.
So a binNMU is not necessary.
