Yes I think so. But pxdvi is already packaged as xdvik-ja
by Sasaki-san so I believe it will be necessary to arrange
how to merge pxdvi in texlive packages with Sasaki-san.
I hope there will be no problem.

Yes and it will be the biggest problem.
Anyway, texlive packages provide us the best japanese TeX
