Description I can see is in b2's lib/dpkg.c::read_paragraph().  We
should check whether that code is actually still relevant and fix it up
to use a better test if so.

After one of Niels's tidying sprees, read_paragraph() no longer exists
and none of the remainder of the britney code uses the description
field, so this should be fine.
