evolution has been fixed in the mean time

evolution-shell-3.0.pc has been fixed in the mean time and tracker,
evolution-rss and evolution-exchange had sourceful uploads, so they no
longer depend on libgnome-desktop-3-0.

So once the transitions starts, we just need binNMUs of the
aforementioned 10 packages.
