Due to #647340 at least two packages were statically linked to libexpat1 on some architectures:

nmu opal_3.6.8~dfsg-2.1 ptlib_2.6.7-2.1 . armel i386 ia64 kfreebsd-i386 powerpc sparc . -m 'Rebuild against libexpat1-dev >= 2.0.1-7.2 (see bug #647340).'

Other packages might be affected as well, I didn't check.
