Since scim now have scim-anthy, scim-skk, and scim-bridge-*, I see no
practical use of having scim-uim to bridge input method request from
scim to uim.

Considering very low popcon count, maybe we should remove this.

What is the opinion of uim and other related maintainers?  uim has its
own front-end.  Do you need this package?
