The amd64 doesn't seem to depend on libsigsegv2 -- it's built against
the static library. So a rebuild would be needed there as well

I was intending to put -dev there but forgot.

Looks like dh-lisp is broken so clisp won't build on the buildds right
now. I'll look into that.
