nmu opendchub_0.8.2-2 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against perl 5.14"

opendchub is currently uninstallable in sid due to its dependency on
libperl5.10. Rebuilding against perl 5.14 works fine without requiring
further changes.

Doesn't fix #616052 though.  I'm not going to schedule that.
