Ok, I have just uploaded 2011j to o-s-p-u for now. I will see if 2011k
is really released on Monday. It contains quite important changes, but
not urgent (they will be need for the 3rd week of October). There is
currently a lot of discussions on the upstream mailing list for the name
of the new timezone for West Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
For squeeze, I'll wait to see how things are going upstream and will
upload either 2011j or 2011k depending on that.
