Bug#636643: release.debian.org: Please bump urgency of samba to high

I accidentally forgot to set the right urgency for last samba upload
to unstable (2:3.5.10~dfsg-1) even though it was a security fix.
Could you please bump the urgency to high so that testing gets the
security fix ASAP?
