Dear release team,
I'd like to upload new version of opencv into s-p-u, which fixes optimization
of the i386 architecture (#629414) and install path of opencv-doc (#610803).
Please let me know if I can go on with the upload.

* Fix install path of opencv-doc (Closes: #610803).
* Fix optimize of i386 (Closes: #629414).
Add patches/optimize_i486.patch.
