Please remove cyrus-imapd-2.2 from testing, we plan to remove it from
unstable and replace it by cyrus-imapd-2.4 in the future, but we want
to do it gradually and test the migration path.  There's already RC
placeholder bug #623132 to keep it from entering testing again.

Removed as part of the perl transition.
