Hum... It seems that libetpan bumped soname. It would have been nice to
let us know so that we handle the transition together (even if it's a
small transition), as it needs some binNMUs and britney hints.

I've scheduled binNMUs for packages build-depending on libetpan-dev and
set up a page on the transition tracker so that we can follow its status
easily:
