At least for automake and it's silent rules, cdbs should handle this
correctly already.

class/autotools-vars.mk has --disable-silent-rules

dh (dh_auto_configure) seems to use --disable-dependency-tracking, which
(as a side effect?) also produces a verbose output.


P.S: I support having verbose build logs
Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
