As requested on IRC, there's been a bug filed about a segfault in update-alternatives (#611545), which is fixed now in the squeeze git branch: <http://git.debian.org/?p=dpkg/dpkg.git;a=commitdiff;h=19a571d4> Would it be possible to do yet another upload fixing this?
