* ubifs /proc/mount parsing fallback for MODULES=dep
* Really detect that /tmp is noexec and thus

Unblocked and hinted in for tonight's britney run; thanks.
(None of the above is technically eligible for an unblock at this late
stage, but the crc32 change seemed worth having; hopefully I won't end
up regretting that...)
