Now that I come to check, libgtkspell0 is also GPL-2 only. :-(

All the code in gpdftext itself is my own and I can relicence to
GPL-2only but it will mean a new upstream release to clarify each
source code file and replacing COPYING.

I can sort this out over the weekend, if the RT agree to a new upstream
release (with only the licence changes).
