Also two status prods for unblock security-related unblock requests
of maintainers:

1. freeradius (#600465) -> CVE-2010-3696 and CVE-2010-3697

2. mercurial 1.6.4 fixes #598841. The asked in advance and were told
to upload w/o a guarantee of a later unblock. Please check.

Cheers,
