Please unblock package cvsweb

The new version was a dh 7 rewrite, plus fixing a few issues mentioned by my AM. No changes to the code have been done. So it should be safe to unblock it. It has been in Sid for >70 days now.

unblock cvsweb/3:3.0.6-1

There was no reaction. Thus, closing the bug…

If you want to include some (important or critical) bugfixes in Squeeze,
you may ask again.
