Please unblock package imvirt

This build just raises the standards-version to 3.9.1 and fixes the debian/watch.
imvirt was in the past an "addon" for apt-dater, but upstream has moved imvirt
to it is own sf.net project.

unblock imvirt/0.9.0-3
