The system I tested this on doesn't have the gnome pkg installed.

I added unversioned conflicts to hal-cups-utils, system-config-printer
and python-cupshelper (in different combinations) already but with no
change. The problem is that I'm mostly guessing since
"Debug::pkgDepCache::Marker "true";" doesn't give me any hints why s-c-p
isn't being updated (log attached).
