This was obviously wrong as meta-gnome2 was targetted at tpu but d took
it from incoming.  If taking something from incoming it should look at
the .dak to determine what its target is.  If it's tpu we really mean
approve instead.

There's no incoming anymore.  Hence we can close this bug.  (Everything is
stuffed into the pool directly, and projectb is updated.)
