Please unblock package libvigraimpex. In the new version:
- The default compiler is used on all architectures (bug #588168).
- Documentation was improved (bugs #590069, #590068).
- All versions in the symbols file was bumped to 1.7.0 (that should have been done in -5, when I renamed the shared library package, oops).

unblock libvigraimpex/1.7.0+dfsg-7

The last one is basically a nop, you could have set it to 0 and it would
have been fine, since libvigraimpex2 is a new package, aiui.
