Please unblock package pyxpcom

As part of what could be called the iceweasel/xulrunner package overhaul,
the python-xpcom binary package is now built from the pyxpcom source
package. Now that the unified iceweasel is in testing, pyxpcom needs to
go in as well for the plan to complete (and for the python-xpcom rdeps
to not fall apart when the xulrunner source is removed).
