These have been scheduled, with a dep-wait on the new rpm package.

These have been scheduled on some architectures.  A side-effect of a
recent change to part of the buildd setup means that I can only add the
dep-waits on architectures where the new rpm package is already in the
archive so I've skipped the others for now to avoid wasted builds.  I'll
keep an eye on things and schedule the others when appropriate.
