This is #559629 which has been fixed in vtk 5.2.1-14 and mips build
did use 5.2.1-13, igstk should build fine on mips now.

Please note that igstk have never been successfully built on those
architectures (hppa and kfreebsd-*), they can be dropped from the
command above.
