The directfb packages had an undeclared file conflict on armel.  This is
now fixed and the updated version built everywhere (and mostly
uploaded).

This is all done.

This is still the case, and we're still looking at temporary breakage
for opal (and by extension ekiga and the gnome metapackages) on hppa.

This isn't a blocker.  The bug is still RC but also applies to the
package in testing and therefore isn't relevant for migration.

There's been a libsdl1.2 upload incorporating this change.  It's built
successfully everywhere and just waiting for a few uploads.
