As discussed in #577209, we've decided to revert the ill prepared
libdbi-perl ABI transition for now.  There's a plan for a cleaner
transition later that shouldn't break anything.

Please schedule these binNMUs to recompile the libdbd-*-perl
packages once more against the old ABI version (libdbi-perl version
1.610.90+is+1.609-1, accepted moments ago.)

This should fix all the release critical parts of the issue once the
squeeze migration of the binNMUs is complete.
